Flats for just Rs 40-45 lakh in Hyderabad here!

  • Are there any areas with houses available at affordable prices?

What is their budget range?

What is the scope for development in the future?

The previous government made Hyderabad quite expensive. As for owning a house, well, it’s nearly impossible to find a decent one without spending at least a crore. If you want something more comfortable and spacious, the budget needs to be above a crore.

When it comes to owning a home in a metro city, the price is often revolving around crores. But when we look at the reality of the situation, as per Raze News, the ground reality doesn’t seem as exaggerated as it’s being promoted. If you search a little more patiently, you can find residential flats available for around Rs 40-45 lakhs. Even in gated communities, you can find excellent flats available for under Rs 1 crore. So, in which areas are these flats available? Depending on the budget range, what kind of flats are available?

For some reason, the idea of owning a home in Hyderabad has started to feel like a big-budget movie for many people. A decent house can only be found if you spend at least a crore. As the budget range increases, the location, comforts, and amenities improve, but there are complaints that there are no residential projects available at affordable prices. With such promotions, some people are rushing to buy, wondering what the future prices will be, while others are waiting in hope, thinking that prices may drop.

There are also those who feel that owning a home is simply out of their reach. Overall, even though the desire to own a home in Hyderabad is strong, the huge budget is scaring many people away. Has it become that difficult to set up a permanent residence in a metro city? Can’t ordinary people, apart from the rich, buy homes in the city? Are there really no homes available at affordable prices? When Raze News investigated the situation on the ground, it found that the publicity doesn’t match the reality. It’s natural to see demand in crowd-pulling areas, but in other developing areas of the city, there are homes available at affordable prices.

The land bank is quite large…

Due to MNCs, skyscrapers, and new projects, Hyderabad has been perceived as only the West Zone. However, it’s time to change this perspective. Hyderabad is currently developing in all directions. The East, South, and North Zones are all on a growth track. With a vast land bank, and the development of infrastructure, communication, and transportation, companies are focusing on these locations. This is why demand for real estate in these areas has started to rise. In South, North, and East Hyderabad, good residential flats are available at affordable prices. Previously, there was a notion that these areas were too far, which led to less attention from the construction sector. However, since commuting is no longer an issue, developers and buyers have shifted their focus to these areas.

North Hyderabad – Kompally, Gundlapochampally, Jeedimetla, Quthbullapur-Jeedimetla, Suchitra-Jeedimetla, Gajularamaram, Medchal, Uppal Kalan

Even in the once considered expensive West Hyderabad, residential flats are being developed in the budget of under Rs 1 crore. Now, in the areas of West Hyderabad where flats under Rs 1 crore are available.
