It is well known that the real estate venture of former US President Donald Trump was launched in Gurugram. The ultra-luxury residential project under the ‘Trump’ brand in Gurugram has now finalised the prices of the flats. The price per square foot has been set at Rs 27,000. Based on this, the flat prices in this project are expected to range between Rs 8 crore and Rs 12 crore. Realty companies Smart World Developers and Tribeca Developers revealed these details. They have also mentioned that they are investing Rs 2,200 crore in this project.
The project will have 288 units spread over 12 lakh square feet, which will be sold. It is expected to be completed in five years, and the project is anticipated to generate around Rs 3,500 crore in revenue, according to Pankaj Bansal, co-founder of Smart World Developers. India has become the largest real estate market outside the US for the Trump brand. Tribeca Developers acts as the official representative of the Trump brand in India. Tribeca also mentioned that this agreement was finalised 6 to 8 months ago, before Trump took office as the US President in January of this year.
