Dynamic pricing policy

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has taken steps to increase sales of unsold flats. Especially, it focused on unsold flats in EWS and LIG segments. A dynamic pricing system is planned to generate demand for these sales. Along with setting sales targets, we have taken steps to increase connectivity and infrastructure.

Also we are thinking of implementing dynamic pricing system. It means that the prices of flats should be determined in a comprehensive manner. We are looking into the possibilities for this,” said an official. He said that currently the flats are being sold at specified prices. To augment the sales, the DDA is contemplating to reduce their prices. Currently, DDA has an unsold inventory of up to 16,000. They are not selling due to lack of proper metro connectivity. At the same time, another 23 thousand new EWS and LIG flats are coming up by the end of May. With this, the number of newly available flats will reach 40 thousand. In this context, DDA is planning to introduce a dynamic pricing system for their sales.
