It is reported that the petition has been given to increase market values to reflect the actual conditions and not as they wish.
Similarly, it is learned that an appeal has been made not to increase the composite value. It is reported that if this is done, the burden will fall on the buyers of standalone apartments. Therefore, it is requested to understand the actual conditions and increase them. However, we have to wait until August 1 to know how the revenue department will react to this.
