Be it Shaitan, Save the Tigers, or now Save the Tigers 2, actress Deviyani Sharma has proved to be a reliable actor. In all the shows she has been part of so far, her performance indicates how passionate Deviyani is about acting. De-glam or glamorous, she is here to rock it all. While that being said, the actress prefers to have a very simple and Zen home with cosy reading corners, a space for dogs, close to nature, and simple but artistic.
In this exclusive interview, Deviyani Sharma explained in detail how she wants her future house to be: Let us find out in her own words:
“I keep reading real estate articles that keep popping up, and I share them. So yes. I want a dream house, and my sort of dream house is very dreamy. I am a very minimalist person. I like Zen themes and themes that are very earthy because I am very connected to the universe and nature. I like my dream house to be situated in a place where there is a lot of greenery.”
“The interiors need to be very earthy for me and very zen, sort of. I have a lot of pictures of what my dream house should be like. My mobile gallery and my Instagram saved pictures are full of it. I want Zen and earthy colours. I like light greens, whites, and pastel colours that are earthy.”
“I love balconies. I have a thing for balconies, and I believe a house cannot be complete without a good balcony. I want my dream house to have a huge balcony where I can sit and medicate, and when the sun comes, I can have my own time. My co-star Pavani from Save the Tigers has a beautiful house and a beautiful balcony. That is something I would like to have in my house too. Her house is extremely pretty.”
“Since I love to read and write and I also paint, I want my house to have a corner where I can have my painting things, a library, and a coffee table. So that is going to be my cosy corner in the house where I can be more artistic.”
“I am basically not a city person. There is too much chaos in city life. I feel Goa is my second home. Whenever I am feeling a little low or when I need to unwind or detox, I go to Goa and kind of stay by the beach. I love to be connected to nature. Anywhere that has beaches, mountains, and greenery, I would be there in the future. Right now, I’m focusing on making the right amount of money. So when I get that money, I’ll invest in real estate.”
“I would like to have a Budha statue in my house and small fountains where water flows. I like to hear the sound of the water. I would like to have one section of my house for dogs and birds. I am so fond of dogs that I really want to have one section for them. I have two dogs in Delhi.”
