Mega Star Chiranjeevi is going ahead with his investments in real estate. The film actor, who owned properties worth several crores, recently purchased property in Hyderabad. He purchased a house in MLA colony in Banjara Hills spending Rs 35 crore. It was learnt that he gifted the house to his one of the daughters Sreeja.
There were reports that Chiranjeevi sold out his valuable property in Hyderabad in last August. In 1990, he bought site spending Rs 30 lakh in Film Nagar area of the city. It was learnt that he sold out the land for Rs 70 crore. Currently, Mega Star lives in an Rs 28-crore worth luxury villa in Hyderabad. He built the house according to heritage style design.
