No construction.. No refund… Buildox PreLaunch Scam @Hafeezpet

This is the scene of a pre-launch

  • Hafizpet Survey No. 80
  • Buildox Prelaunch Scam
  • The government should take stern action

All builders know that there is a court case on the land in Hafeezpet Survey No. 80 and that its title is not clear. It is also known that GHMC will not give permission to build apartments in it. However, Buildox company has undertaken to construct flats in it. If such a big crime is happening openly, why is GHMC not paying attention? Is the RERA authority turning a blind eye? What are the SIT police doing if they are selling flats to innocent buyers? What is the point of reacting when people already lost their money? Why is Buildox acting so recklessly? Are any of the bigwigs in the Congress government involved in this illegal affair?

Buildox company is selling flats in survey no 80 in prelaunch. The price of flats in RERA projects in the surrounding areas is Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 per square feet. In such a place, it is being advertised on social media that a flat is priced at just Rs. 4700 per square feet. Buyers who don’t know about the court case are paying money as they are getting a house for a much lesser price. It is reported that the Buildox company has collected about Rs. 200 crore so far. Some employees of this organisation, realty agents, etc. are looting people’s money through social media platforms. As long as there is no barrier to these illegal sales, Buildox company has made a firm plan to collect another Rs 300 to Rs 800 crore in the same pattern.

Will the money be returned?

Buildox knows that there is no permission to build apartments in this, but it has decided to collect money like this until people get suspicious. After two or three years, if someone forces them to return the money, they will give back some amount of the total payment. It is reported that the company intends to enjoy the interest returns on the crores of rupees collected from buyers until they ask. Also, if the government does not prevent such illegal trades, there is a danger that Buildox may become another Sahithi case.
