Brigade Group makes a massive investment

Integrated township on 10 acres in Hyderabad with an investment of Rs 4500 crores
Bengaluru-based listed developer Brigade Group is set to make a significant investment in Hyderabad. The company plans to build an integrated township on a 10-acre plot with an investment of Rs 4500 crores. The project, named Brigade Gateway Residences, will be one of the tallest buildings in the city. Located in Kokapet Neopolis, this project will include the World Trade Centre, Brigade Gateway Residences, a 300+ key Intercontinental Hotel, a destination lifestyle mall, and Brigade’s Orion Mall. The Brigade Gateway Residences, covering an area of 2.4 million square feet will offer nearly 600 premium residences in 3, 4, and duplex 5-bedroom formats across 58 floors. The residential skyscraper will also feature a 50,000-square-foot premium clubhouse. The company plans to sell half of the residential apartments in the price range of Rs 4 crore to Rs 12 crore.

The commercial tower, standing at 212 meters tall, will feature the Orion Mall on the first seven floors, the World Trade Centre on 22 floors, and the Intercontinental Hotel on 12 floors. Two floors will be dedicated to service residences. The total commercial space spans 2.1 million square feet. The World Trade Centre will have a development capacity of 1 million square feet. This will be the fourth World Trade Centre developed by the Brigade Group. According to Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, this project in Hyderabad will cover 4.5 million square feet, including nearly 2.5 million square feet of luxurious residential spaces.
