At the main area of Neopolis SEZ in Kokapet, a proposal has been received by Eden Buildcon Limited, part of the Sattva Group, to beautifully develop the construction of the second Tricon junction.
HMDA Commissioner stated in an announcement that this project will be undertaken under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Initially, this junction was developed by HMDA, and the Urban Forestry Department nurtured its greenery. Recently, Sattva Group is set to add a fresh new charm to the area. The development will feature cultural sculptures and aesthetic elements reflecting the local heritage. These will not only captivate passersby but also promote cultural values.
Sattva Group will manage the development and maintenance of these junctions for five years, relieving HMDA of any maintenance burden. This initiative is a perfect example of a new definition for public-private partnership.
As Neopolis is rapidly evolving into a modern hub, this latest development plan will enhance key junctions, providing a better experience for both locals and visitors, said the HMDA Commissioner in a statement.
