Are Sanjay, Bhushan Rao benamis of Bhuvanteza?

It is known that CCS police arrested Chakka Venkata Subramaniam, director of Bhuvanteza Infra, a week ago. However, in the preliminary investigation of the police, it has been revealed that they have collected about Rs 300 crore from about four hundred people. However, this number is likely to increase further. Now, what he did with that money and where he hid it is the biggest question. Several victims have provided some information to Real Estate Guru about the same. Buyers believe that Chakka Venkata Subramaniam bought the properties in the name of benamis, using the amount collected from the buyers. They say that those benamis are none other than Sanjay and Phani Bhushan Rao. Therefore, the victims want the police to inquire from this point of view and return the money they have collected.

Came to chemo and paid cash…

Many people who worked in Singareni in Manchiryala bought flats in Bhuvanteza. They were told that a 2000-square-foot flat could be bought for only Rs 40 lakh, believing that many Singareni workers bought flats here, one of whom is a cancer patient. He said that he paid Rs 40 lakh to the company when he came to Basavatarakam Hospital for chemotherapy.

Many middle- and lower-middle-class people paid the full amount to the company and got cheated badly. One of the victims invested all his retirement money in this project, and now he is in a hopeless situation in his old age.

Having said that, it can be said that each of the four hundred buyers has a story of their own. Hence, home buyers are demanding that the Bhuvanteza company, which has badly cheated such a middle-class public, somehow return their money.
