Hyderabad: Aparna Constructions Director Rakesh Reddy has said that his firm grew strongly inspite of facing many challenges and overcame them. Starting new projects in Hyderabad stands as a testimony to this. He said that his firm launched Aparna Zicon project in 25 acres at Nallagandla. The project has plans to launch eight residential markets in South Indian Market. It has plans to launch commercial projects too. Talking to Real Estate Guru, he said that the company has stepped up recruiting more employees keeping in view the future growth prospects of the realty sector. The company is hiring over 400 to deploy them in new and old projects. There is an increase in the number of persons who want to buy flats in Hyderabad. The market is recovering after the lock down. The market will improve further this year, he predicted.
This year, the company is launching eight projects. The 58th project of the company Aparna Jaicon Luxury Gated community will be launched soon in Nallagandla. Three more residential projects in Hyderabad, two in Bangaluru are on drawing board. Two more layouts would be started in Hyderabad, taking the total number of Aparna’s projects to 64. The Aparna Sarovar Jaicon was started in 25.6 acres in Nalaganda. It would have 14 towers and 26 storeys. The total number of flats to be built would be 3024, each with a plinth area ranging between 1240 sft to 2765 sft. The biggest ever clubhouse is going to be built in the annals of Aparna group. The total plinth area would be over 85,000 Sft. The project would be ready by September 2024.
