The Aparna Enterprises, the fastest growth builder material manufacturer in the country, has decided to expand its capacity to meet the growing demand with Rs 150 crore. It is going to set up the most modern UPVC plant in Rudraram on the outskirts of Hyderabad at a cost of Rs 100 crore. Once the plant goes on stream, the UPVC production capacity of the company would go up by 70 per cent to reach 1200 ton-mark to the existing 700 tons. The production capacity of windows will increase to 50,000 square metres from 20,000 square metres. The company will expand its tiles, ready-to-mix concrete and aluminium products trade by pumping Rs 50 crore into it.
The growing urbanisation, development of infrastructural amenities and development of real estate sector are lending support to the building material industry. It is estimated that the industry will grow from 8% to 12% in five years. In this backdrop, the Aparna Enterprises has decided to strengthen its position in the market. Managing Director of the Aparna Enterprises Aswin Reddy commenting on the expansion of the capacity of the company puts in, “Since the company business has pan-India character, the company has decided to offer comprehensive solutions to infrastructural needs.
The company is committed to make available the best products to the market. Our investments in UPVC facility, tiles, ready-to-mix concrete, and aluminium trade expansion will not only make our position in the market stronger but also fulfils the customer’s needs. We have set a target to earn a revenue of Rs 2100 crore by the end of the current fiscal year.” The company launched its business operations in Mumbai with a view to expand its activities to western India.
