Hyderabad’s construction sector which has been attracting billionaires with numerous skyscrapers, has set a new record. And LB Nagar will be the home for South India’s largest high-rise gated community. This premier skyscraper gated community from the city-based Vasavi Group is becoming a major attraction for East Hyderabad. Named as “Ananda Nilayam”, the project has 11 towers spread across about 29.37 acres and will have 33 floors. The total number of flats will be around 3,576. As one club house in such a large project is not enough for the residents, the developers accommodated two club houses with a total area of about 1.31 lakh sft. Around 112 Sky Villas have been designed in this project with a major focus on 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. Ananda Nilayam, designed in an area of about thirty acres, is constructed on only 38 percent of the land. The remaining 72 percent has been left as open space.

A unique concept

Vasavi Group has designed this skyscraper project in a concept-oriented manner. The greenery is spread across the entire project, with a special concept for landscaping itself. The project entrance impresses everyone, which makes it evident that the developers did not compromise in designs. By placing a special fountain at the entrance, in the evening, everyone can chat with each other or just relax. Avenue roads and the project entrance have been specially designed.
