Icon Star Allu Arjun is expanding his real estate portfolio. It is reported that the star of Pushpa has recently purchased two new properties in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills. Along with acquiring properties in the prime area of Jubilee Hills, he is also constructing a new house and office there. The new house is being built on a 3,000 square yard plot, with approximately 60% of the work already completed. He is considering moving into the new residence before the release of Pushpa-2.
The construction of this palace-like home, estimated to cost around Rs 100 crore, is said to be one of the largest private residences among Hyderabad’s celebrities. It is also reported that he plans to set up his office within this property. The house is being built with luxurious and high-end features. It is being constructed close to Rebel Star Krishnam Raju’s residence. Additionally, a large room is being built to accommodate meetings with his fans.
