Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Commissioner G Lakshmaiah has directed civic authorities to allot the electric meters in the name of TIDCO beneficiaries. He was inspecting the TIDCO houses in Sea Horse junction and Chilakapet of Visakhapatnam recently. He said that 37 beneficiaries in Chilakapeta and 25 in Sea Horse junction got bank loans sanctioned. He asked the urban community development officials to take steps to ensure that others also get bank loans. Similarly, he reiterated that the electric meters should be allotted only in the name of the beneficiaries.
