Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has reportedly leased office space in the Veer Desai Road area of Andheri, Mumbai, for ₹7 lakhs per month. According to the lease and license agreement, a stamp duty of Rs 1.12 lakhs was paid, and the agreement was finalized on September 2. The office space, located in the Signature Tower developed by Lotus Developers, spans 3,455 square feet. Kabir Khan Entertainment LLP has taken the property on lease, as revealed by Square Yards.
A security deposit of Rs 30 lakh has been paid for the five-year lease term. The space also includes three car parking spots. Square Yards noted that Devgn and his wife, actress Kajol, own properties in the same project. Along with Devgn, celebrities like Karthik Aryan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Sara Ali Khan have made significant investments in commercial office spaces. This area is close to localities in Lokhandwala and other areas in Andheri like Versova, DN Nagar, and Oshiwara.
