Visakhapatnam: The Shriram Properties has embarked on developing Sriram Iconica Grande – a luxury villa gated community – in 12 acres in Madhurawada, near here.The project is being developed for those who want to enjoy the modern lifestyle. All villas being built in the project are four bed-room units. The plinth area of the villas would be 3343 sft and 7351 sft, only two types of villas. The price of the 3343 sft villa would be Rs 2.33 crore, while that of 7351 would be Rs 4.99 crore.
