Hyderabad-based Sreni Nirman has acquired a 52-acre commercial land parcel at Konadasapura in Bengaluru through an online auction, investing a substantial ₹2,097 crore.
The auction, which extended over nearly 20 competitive rounds, enabled the Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) to realise approximately ₹468 crore more than its initial expectations. Prominent real estate players such as Brigade Group and Godrej Properties were among the bidders vying for the prime asset; however, the Hyderabad-based firm ultimately emerged as the successful bidder.
An inquiry by REG News revealed that Srini Nirman’s corporate office is located on the eighth floor of My Home Hub in Hyderabad. The company is led by its directors, Jupally Aishwarya Rao and Jupally Bhargav.
Meanwhile, there is growing buzz in the Bengaluru real estate market suggesting that Srini Nirman is an associate entity of the Hyderabad-based My Home Group, a claim that is being widely discussed within industry circles.
