Before the formation of the Congress government in Telangana state, the city-based Pavani Group started the largest land pooling joint venture with HMDA. It is noteworthy that this is the largest multiple-use zone project started under the PPP system. Developed on 95 acres, the venture was started at Inmulnarva near Shadnagar. The venture has plans to develop a logistics park, shopping malls, multiplex, residential apartments, villas, educational institutions, hospitals etc. While NCC developed this venture, it was learned that HMDA’s Urban Forest Department is developing the greenery in the city. In this total 1200 plots are coming.
The plot size is 200 to 1000 yards. That being said, HMDA has not officially announced this first land pooling project till now. It is heard that Pavani Royal is selling the plots under the name of HMDA. Many buyers have approached the Real Estate Guru asking if they should buy the plots there. The same issue was brought to the attention of the municipal administration department but no information was received. Also, many buyers want HMDA to make an official announcement about Pavani Royal, which is being developed by Pavani Group.
