Gurugram District Town Planner Enforcement has seized 21 floors of two apartments for carrying out commercial activities in a residential project against the terms of the occupancy certificate. Officials said that after taking the occupancy certificate, many builders started illegal construction in the respective buildings. It has been revealed that several buildings have been inspected, and measures have been taken. As part of this, it was explained that 21 floors of the Sushant Lok-1 apartment complex, which is conducting commercial activities in a residential building, were seized. It was also announced that Malibu Town Club has been seized for unauthorised construction.
